These pages were created so that all members of CHERUBS and CDH parents can be made aware and updated on the attacks against our organization.

On April 1, 2008 Elizabeth Doyle-Propst filed to own a trademark on "Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness".   Despite the protests of 1000's of CDH families and researchers, she persists to endanger and harras the CDH community.


These pages have not been updated since April, 2008 but the attacks have not stopped.

Elizabeth Doyle-Propst has registered 2 trademarks and is continuing to threaten CDH organizations and families and filing false allegations using the United States Government and businesses to harass and intimidate with investigations.  No allegations against any CDH organizations or parents have been found to have any truth to them.   8 CDH organizations and 1000s of people banded together to try to stop this woman and her trademarks and threats.

1/21/0	Slander	BoH Member	Kara was kicked out of BoH for allegedly forwarding e-mails to CHERUBS, which is entirely false.  Kara is too honorable to do that.   The only forward Kara has ever sent was the e-mail Stacy sent kicking her out.   This e-mail has a tracker on it (emsvr.com - disabled here so you can view the coding) and we were told all e-mails sent by Stacy and Elizabeth have trackers on them, which is spyware and an invasion of BoH member's privacy as they report all addresses and IPs that members e-mail.
