Hello all,

I am going to try to be very diplomatic here. Dawnn, Lise, Tamara,
Stacy, Heather, and all no eye rolls please - they know me too well -
I think I am about to shock the you-know-what outa them! ;-)

I am so glad you all received the support you needed here. You know,
when shopping or going somewhere I am always appalled by the lack of
customer service and there are always the same excuses. "Not enough
help, too much work, well that is the type of person applying for the
job." So, I try to take my business elsewhere to other stores that
give me service - with a smile. Give me what I want and what I pay
for and deserve.

I hope you all have found it here with BOH and that continues. We
are still in the throws of paperwork because we want BOH to be
organized, supportive and as good as we are now with how we get folks
approved and the help they need.

I have "history" with the other organization and saw a need not being
met. I guess we have achieved that! THAT makes me feel good! That
makes me happy! That is what it is all about!

This tells me/us that we are doing something right and we will
continue to try to do something right!

In closing - so we look like the bigger person/organization can we
stop bashing them. After all, they are overwhelmed, unorganized and
in the throws of reorganizing. The praise you all have given BOH
says it all - and we have found it other places too! THANK YOU!
