Just an idea - for all of you that are not in the United States,

I think it would be very good for us to know what other countries have out
there as far as their "regulations" or "rules" are in these issues.  It just
may give CHERUBS some ammunition so to say.  This may also give others
outside the U.S. the information to give to their own governments -
benefiting ALL Cherubs and Cherubs to be Internationally!
