- CHERUBS organization timeline is at http://www.cdhsupport.org/about/timeline.php. It is quite obvious that CHERUBS has not stolen anything from Breath of Hope, Inc.   BoH has no published timeline.

- If you look at this court timeline, you will note that the restraining order was taken out after years of stalking and harrassment, threatening e-mails to Dawn and Judi just before the restraining order was filed, posts to BoH's blog slandering CHERUBS and Dawn and the false charges Elizabeth Doyle-Propst filed against CHERUBS with the NC State Department on March 31 2007.

- If I, or CHERUBS instigated anything or harrassed Elizabeth she would have posted proof or it would have come out in court.   We have simply bought this behavior to light, to stand up for ourselves and CHERUBS.

- I have never stated my personal feelings about Elizabeth or her behavior - only the truth backed up with proof.

- CHERUBS has never plagiarized.

- No one at CHERUBS has ever been paid a salary, directly or indirectly.   Every one who works at CHERUBS is a volunteer and gives of their time and heart for free.

- No one at CHERUBS has ever stolen funds or mismanaged funds. Slander to try to direct donations from CHERUBS to Breath of Hope.

- The turquoise ribbon was first used by Rainbow of Hope.

- The turquoise ribbon is used by several different organizations, including Native American organizations, whom Elizabeth quotes.

- The bee in BoH's logo was first discussed at CHERUBS after Judi said Cecilia reminded her of a bumble bee.

- March 31 is the day that Elizabeth Doyle-Propst filed false charges against CHERUBS and tried to get us shut down.

- Breath of Hope does not own the trademark to Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness or even to Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness Day.

- Breath of Hope is not given sole permission or owner of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness or Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness Day on any state proclamations.

- Attacks on CHERUBS and Dawn were first publicly posted on Breath of Hope's official organization blog.

- CHERUBS first used the word "Awareness with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia" in 1999.

- The court transcript will speak for itself on what really happened and what the judge said.

- CHERUBS has never filed any charges against Breath of Hope, Inc. or tried to have it removed from any sites, search engines or etc.

- How can CHERUBS be bullying her or BoH when *she* is the one who keeps threatening and filing false charges with one company / agency after another?

- CHERUBS does not "accidentally" ban or remove BoH members from our site for volunteering for BoH or for speaking their minds.   Dozens of CDH parents, some newly grieving, have been removed from Breath of Hope, Inc listserv for volunteering for CHERUBS or speaking against Elizabeth's behavior or for simply being very active on our web site.

- CHERUBS has never paid for a search engine ranking.

- The timeline was created to keep track of evidence for court.   This is a necessity when building a court case.

- Elizabeth was banned from CHERUBS in 2004 after numerous fights with other members.

- Elizabeth has been banned from CHERUBS site in the member section - not from the rest of the site or other sites created by Dawn.

- CHERUBS is not in competition with BoH.

- Breath of Hope does not research Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia or fund CDH Research.

- Anyone at CHERUBS can say anything they want. There is no filtering opinions or moderating posts.

- Nothing at CHERUBS site or in our listservs is deleted.

- Only real people post at CHERUBS, not "anonymous" personalities.

- I have never posted or tried to post on her blog nor would I ever want to.

- Dawn did not lie under oath.   That is more slander.

- Claiming that your lies are over 2 years old and don't count is a cop out. An honest person wouldn't lie *at all*.. 2 years ago, yesterday, today, 2 years from now.   In NC, there is a 3 year statute of limitations on slander.

- Elizabeth asked myself and Judi Toth to be godmothers to her son.   Never once have I posted anything derogatory about any of her children and her claims that I might kidnap him are beyond insane.

- We have never edited or deleted anything from our archives. Those on BoH can go through the archives and see there are numbers missing (they are all numbered) or you can try to look up any e-mail that challenged Elizabeth and see it's been deleted. BoH's Directors listserv has been deleted, along with all archives - at the same time that Elizabeth's "Cherubs_sucks" listserv was deleted.

- We do not personally slander anyone or make up lies or personally attack. We have never posted anything about Elizabeth's family, finances, employer, how much time she works on attacking me and CHERUBS or on BoH stuff while using her work computer while on the clock. She blatantly attacks my company on her blog, in hopes that it will affect my income. She posted my name, links to my company site dozens of times.

- We do not post anything but the truth... not paragraphs and paragraphs and paragraphs of slander, personal opinion and fantasy written with the sole purpose of trying to harm someone. Her blog has no boundaries, her actions have no limits or conscience on what she will do or say to hurt me or CHERUBS.

- Elizabeth has tried to join CHERUBS under numerous aliases, including trashing CHERUBS under these aliases and trying to disuade CDH families to join or donate to CHERUBS while disguised under these aliases.

- Elizabeth admits to stalking me on Craigslist, where I had an ad to help a relative get dental care.    Over 70 people saw me at the Ohio picnic and can vouch that this was a blatant lie to try to hurt or embarrass me.

- Elizabeth's comments about me being single and not having any other children are disgusting and cruel to me and every other grieving parent who is unable to have more children.

- The photo that Elizabeth requested to be removed was a CHERUBS Group photo from a CHERUBS Event that she and her husband, Brian Propst attended in, participated in and posed for, smiling, as members of CHERUBS with full knowledge that it was being taken for and to be used in a CHERUBS newsletter.

- MSN did not ban CHERUBS. I posted our new MSN blog site and it's still there. You have to pay to be listed on MSN and we do not. Breath of Hope is not listed either.

- CHERUBS does not endanger members by posting photos of our children. 20 BoH members complaining? I would like 20 names people of real people who have supposedly contacted me asking for something removed.

- Elizabeth is the only person who says "The Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia birth defect".... everyone else says Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, without the "the" and "birth defect". Look at how she words this on her site, her blogs, her yahoo group... then take a look at how it's worded on the cherubs_sucks yahoo group. Yahoo keeps track of past and present owners of groups. At least one CDH parent has tried to join this group by e-mailing the owner, and Elizabeth is who responded, claiming the "owner contacted her".    This listserv was deleted the same time as BoH's Boards listserv was deleted in an obvious attempt to try to destroy evidence for a trial.

- If CHERUBS was "all about money" for me, I would not have spent the last 12 years of my life volunteering for *free*. Our Board approved a salary for me in 1999 - I have never received a cent. I put our services to parents in front of a salary for myself and continue to work 2 jobs to support myself while volunteering for CHERUBS.

- CHERUBS members are insulted on her blog numerous times. CHERUBS has never and would never insult members of the Breath of Hope, Inc.

- There are millions of other non-profits out there who are not set up like CHERUBS... with the same committee names, volunteer positions, services, etc. Her "research" in setting up BoH... you can view the timeline to see all the time she spent on CHERUBS site in our volunteer section, business info, etc around the same time she set up BoH.

- CHERUBS has bylaws, articles of association, and all our tax info and IRS paperwork. It took us less than 6 months... me alone, without the internet, at age 22 no less... to file the paperwork to become a 501(c)III organization. It took Breath of Hope, Inc 3 years to get their paperwork together, by a self-proclaimed "non-profit expert".

- How is claiming to trademark "Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness" not trying to capitalize or benefit from the name of a disease?    This is not a term she can claim, as BoH did *not* use it until 8 years after CHERUBS did.

- Past Board Members of BoH, those that helped to start that organization, that that have known Elizabeth for more than a few months or a year, have either stated here or sent in affidavits that she told them her sole purpose for starting BoH was to "bring CHERUBS down" and to try to purposely hurt me.

- All of these people are swearing the truth, signing their names for court documents - all of these people are not lying. All this evidence, witnessed by sometimes 200 people. All this evidence here... all her lies without any proof.... and committing perjury also.

- The IRS - I already posted that our current address isn't correct and that's why it's currently not on the site. Period. Nothing untoward, nothing horrible. Yes, my mistake that I didn't update our address... no excuses but I kind of have my hands full here with 2 jobs and I'm not perfect. The address is being updated. Now, if Elizabeth Doyle-Propst wants to use that to her advantage to try to slander me and CHERUBS more, well then, it's not surprising.
