Date: Wednesday, November 29, 2006 6:09 PM On the advice of our accountant, because we were going to send in end of year donations to charities, I searched the IRS website for CHERUBS and Diaphragmatic Hernia – no such charity exists to the IRS. Then I did a search of the Listserv archives and every fall for the last few years the CEO, founder and President makes an appeal to members of these listservs requesting donations promising to be more involved and more active. The results are nothing activates. A quarterly newsletter has come out once a year for three years. That is not quarterly. An annual Conference has happened once in this organizations existence. If it legally exists. The board of directors, some of them listed are no longer located where indicated on this website. I wanted you all to know of what I found – I will not be sending money that will fund someone’s personal account.
