• This list contains web statistics for top visitors only, on sites created by Dawn Torrence for CHERUBS, Sunset Web Design clients or personal use.  Only 10% of sites she visited reported her as a top visitor (top 20) on the sites she frequented.
• Elizabeth's work ISP is shown on the statistics as praintl.com or as IP address between 12.4.255.192 and 12.4.255.255.  Her home ISP is shown as va-71-2-***-**.dhcp.embarqhsd.net Her Vice-President, Stacy Everett-Harding IP address is 24.234.189.*, lv.cox.net and 65.107.59.* xo.net.  (* can be any numbers).
• We lost most e-mails from 2003 to 2005, which unfortunately were the years she was most slanderous and threatening through e-mail
• Printed e-mails and letters we had in our records are scanned

1/4/08	Slander	Yahoo Complaint	Yahoo Trademark Representative calls us.   Elizabeth filed a complaint in November against us.   Paperwork is being sent to us to receive a copy of the original complaint by supeona, along with ownership information for the cherubs_sucks yahoo group.   The Representative was told of the Restraining Order and history of false complaints filed by Elizabeth.   She said Yahoo would be more than happy to help CHERUBS in any way possible to fight this slander.   These papers will be posted as soon as they arrive.

1/12/08	Tort	ABC Board	CHERUBS posts were deleted from a Gray's Anatomy message board after their show about DH.   Twice.   ABC got fed up and removed the entire thread.
1/12/08	Slander	USPS Threat	Elizabeth's Blog is made public again.  (you have to click on the captures on this timeline to see all the posts - she writes, then edits and deletes them).  She also claims to have turned CHERUBS into the USPS for fraud - because one of her Board Members, who was a CHERUBS member first, received a Christmas postcard by accident.
1/15/08	Slander	Blog Posts	Though Elizabeth's Blog is private, Elizabeth made sure that her words were still public by registering her blog with Technorati, which still shows her post.   You must register with this site and install their code on your blog for it work so this was planned.
1/15/08	Stalking	Amanda Alias	An e-mail was received at Dawn's business, requesting information on how much she charges for a web site.  The IP address was from an office at Elizabeth's company.   This seems like a blatant attempt to try to find out how much money Dawn makes.
1/16/08	Response	Yahoo Complaint	Our response to Elizabeth's false complaint
1/19/08	Timeline	Timeline Update	We have updated the timeline pages with a new graphic of Elizabeth's attacks against CHERUBS, tracking statistics of visits to CHERUBS site (more months and sites to come), laws, etc.
1/21/0	Slander	BoH Member	Kara was kicked out of BoH for allegedly forwarding e-mails to CHERUBS, which is entirely false.  Kara is too honorable to do that.   The only forward Kara has ever sent was the e-mail Stacy sent kicking her out.   This e-mail has a tracker on it (emsvr.com - disabled here so you can view the coding) and we were told all e-mails sent by Stacy and Elizabeth have trackers on them, which is spyware and an invasion of BoH member's privacy as they report all addresses and IPs that members e-mail.

1/25/08	Slander	Jessica Singletary	Jessica's Blog at http://standingupforyourrights.blogspot.com.   Comments.  Jessica Singletary is the President of the Parker Reese Foundation.  You can see above her public "apology" to Dawn after she was busted spying on BoH's board, trashing CDH parents, lying, Elizabeth's warning that Jessica was trying to play the organizations against each other to start her own, and volunteering to testify against Elizabeth in court.  You can also see her comments on Elizabeth's Blog
2/4/08	Slander	Blog Posts	A blog has been created against Elizabeth.  CHERUBS and Dawn have *nothing* to do with the creation of this blog.   Several comments have been made including one by Elizabeth under the alias "Caireen"
2/5/08	Court	Court Transcript	The court transcript has been uploaded to several new sites.
3/15/08	Update	Update	Elizabeth's blog has been taken down, as have Breath of Hope's Board of Directors listserv and the Cherubs_sucks listserv.   Elizabeth continues to stalk our site as well as other sites created by Dawn.
2008- 2009	Slander, Stalking, Fraud, Trademark, Blog, Tort	Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness Trademark, Blog posts, court records, threats to CDH families, etc	These pages have not been updated since April, 2008 but the attacks have not stopped.
