Elizabeth filed a complain to have the transcript removed from the free
hosting site it was at - even though it's PUBLIC
INFORMATION. We
would be happy to send the court transcript, unedited, and you can hear
the entire thing. We
will
not provide a
typed up transcript, edited to try to cover up anything - only the
audio tape, unaltered - we don't come off sounding perfect either but
we have nothing to hide.
This court transcript is public
information. No one else's court case or name is posted
here and
therefore it cannot be found on a search engine so even though this
transcript is public, we do respect the privacy of others not involved
in this particular case.

The
judge dismissed the case in favor of a corporate
torte
suit or slander suit. He stated that he did not think the
harrassment would stop either. Elizabeth committed perjury by
denying the aliases or contacting the NC State Dept.
