Chronic Sorrow Grief Process

The following is a list of the stages of grief.   There is no "normal" way to grieve, no time table, no exact order.   You may find that you go through the stages in a different order, or more than once.   Grief is a journey everyone who has suffered a loss must go through.   It never goes away, but it does get easier.

Denial

Sadness, Anger, Anxiety

Adaption

Reorganization

Numb / Immobile

Helpless / Flight

Self Pity, Aggression, Confusion
