Donate Totebag Items - we need lots of items for our CDH HOPE Totebag program.  Each item donated is labeled with your cherub's name.

Adopt A Hospital - provide CDH information and support materials to your cherub's hospial in their name.

Join A Volunteer Committee - we have many positions that need to be filled and what a better way to honor your cherub than by giving of your time and heart to help other families affected by CDH.  

Be A State or International Representative - the most active way for parents to volunteer makes you a leader in helping CDH families through the toughest time in their lives.

Be A Hospital Angel - be an on-call support person for families whose cherubs are in your local hospital.

Submit Your Story & Photo - join and share your story and photos on our web site, calendar, books, videos, projects and newsletters.

Save The Cherubs Campaign - we need photographers, models and people who are great at convincing the media and sponsors to help us raise CDH awareness!

CDH Street Sign Project - contact a local land developer or your city councel and request a street named "CDH Awareness" in honor or in memory of your cherub

Scholarship Fund - raise money to create a scholarship in honor or in memory of your cherub through our Scholarship Fund

Donate Auction Items - we always need items for our Angel Ball, Ebay Auctions and Golf Tournaments!   Each item will be labeled with your cherub's name.

Personalized CDH Awareness Ribbons - submit your cherub's photo, name, and date(s) and we will create a free CDH Awareness Ribbon for you to use

Be A Human CDH Billboard - we sell 1000's of CDH awareness items and can even personalize some with your cherub's name and photo!

Shop through Goodshop - dozens of stores will donate to CHERUBS every time you shop, including Target, Wal-Mart, JC Penny, Ebay, and many more.
